The design approach divided the Niketown store into two uniquely different concepts which joined traditional architecture with a variety of complex and futuristic elements incorporating exotic materials, custom, one-of-a-kind design and build elements and a mixture of high-end finishes. The tenant improvement required delicate coordination between existing tenants, local residents and building management.
