On a busy corner in LA’s Wilshire District near downtown LA, MATT worked with The Luckman Partnership, Inc. to build a two-story, 30,000 sf YMCA and an adjoining four-story, post-tensioned 159-car parking structure with a basketball court on top. The Anderson Munger Family YMCA project achieved LEED Silver rating. Facilities include a fitness room and a swimming facility comprising a lap pool, spa and baby pool, lockers, showers and other amenities. A full-sized basketball court with a walking track was constructed on the roof level of the parking structure.
