The Juanita Tate Marketplace project is a seven-acre site anchored by the 42,500 sf Northgate Gonzalez Market and a 14,576 sf CVS pharmacy. The remaining 20,020 sf consists of two buildings with tenants such as Starbucks, Waba Grill, Panda Express, Yogurtland and Wing Stop. The site has all-new underground utility infrastructure and a state-of-the-art Stormtech storm drain system. The Type V buildings feature a truss roof structure, sand finish stucco, designer awnings and Kawneer storefront windows. To highlight the façade at night, MATT installed diamond transom windows above the storefronts. The decorative concrete sidewalks are a combination of acid-washed and sand finishes framing a plaza area with a raised planter and contemporary sculptures.
