This retail project constituted Type V construction, site development and infrastructure on an 11-acre site. The project included 3 new structural steel and wood framed buildings housing retail tenants. Each building incorporated architectural towers.
Site work included creation of a canopied walkway; use of El Dorado cultured ledge stone veneer and decorative concrete finishes; and installation of concrete tile roofs, a water feature, 60 date palms, architectural trellises and architectural cart corrals. MATT also assisted in the development of the Stater Bros. Grocery Market site, and prepared ground lease pads for Jack in the Box, Wells Fargo Bank and Mobile Gas.
