The Skirball Cultural Center parking is among the Los Angeles area’s most prominent cultural venues. The east parking structure is a new three level, 519-car garage with two levels below-grade. The frame is cast-in-place concrete. The site is built into a hillside adjacent to the busy Sepulveda Pass.
