A 130,000 sf four-story new addition on a zero lot line on Las Vegas Blvd. The Showcase Mall project consisted of a 20,000 sf basement/loading dock utilizing soldier piles, lagging and shotcrete walls, three stories of structural steel, a curtain wall glazing system, complete base building MEP and a new, two-story vehicle access ramp to the parking garage. Construction was performed in stages to allow for safe continued operation and public access to the existing facilities.
