The Chapman University Leatherby Libraries site, located in the heart of Chapman University’s campus, encompasses 101,000 sf. The four-story building utilizes a structural steel frame and a brick façade with limestone banding and replaces the former 32,000 sf library. The new facility houses a café, study commons, group-study rooms, a computer lab, multimedia preview rooms and 175 computer workstations. The library features six separate wings, over 700 seats and capacity for over 300,000 books and bound volumes.
