Tenant improvements for 201 North Douglas included interior demolition and remodeling as well as the installation of two new hydraulic elevators. The exterior received a completely new façade of alucobond cladding with cut-in windows and a curtain wall system. The team tore down an adjacent building to provide additional parking, paved surface parking areas, curbs and sidewalks, installed a new electrical substation and upgraded the gas, fire and domestic water services to the building.
