The Vision on Wilshire project involved construction of a new 19-story, 150-unit project with 10 penthouses and more than 6,850 sf of ground-level retail space. In addition, there are 15 residential stories over four stories of above-grade and three stories of below-grade parking totaling 450 spaces.
Project challenges included tight site conditions with close neighbors and no lay down, and ongoing metro line construction on the same corner requiring extensive coordination to effectively manage logistics, utility relocation and demolition of an existing concrete building in a sensitive neighborhood.
