MATT Construction Promotes Superintendent to Vice President Leadership Team

MATT Construction is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the promotion of longtime MATT Superintendent, Josh Rosenbeck, to Vice President.

With over a decade of multi-million-dollar project experience in scheduling, coordination and estimating, Josh has been an incredible asset to MATT’s team for the past twelve years. Josh has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in the field, positive leadership, and alignment with MATT’s core values; his contributions to the company have been profound and MATT is excited to see him step into his new role as Vice President.

As a Superintendent, he has specialized expertise in design-build, ground-up, and seismic and historical retrofits. Josh’s strong project management and strategic decision-making, combined with his contagious positive attitude, allow teams to thrive under his leadership. His distinctive project portfolio includes work on mixed-use developments, multi-family residential, laboratories, museums and historical renovations. Josh is especially skilled in identifying improvement opportunities, streamlining workflows and optimizing project delivery.
