MATT Construction Welcomes Patrick Choi to its Estate Home Project Management Team

​MATT Construction has just hired Patrick Choi as a Project Manager in its Luxury Residential / Estate Home division. Mr. Choi brings a decade of experience overseeing construction on multiple large scale, luxury residential projects, and critical knowledge of the high-end subcontractor market. “Patrick’s impressive organizational discipline and collaborative attitude make him a great fit with our culture and process,” said Marvin Wheat, President of MATT Construction. “We are very excited to have him on board, contributing his experience to the team.”

Some of Mr. Choi’s most impressive projects include a 40,000+ square foot, French Beverly Hills Estate featured on the cover of The Robb Report, a 30,000+ square foot Italian Villa in Bel Air, which included over 20 permits and multiple lots, and site preparation / infrastructure development for a 200-acre development in the heart of the Beverly Hills canyons. He has worked with some of the region’s most sought-after residential architects, including Landry Design Group, Ferguson & Shamamian Architects, and Zoltan Pali of SPF:a. At MATT, Mr. Choi will oversee residential construction from bidding through close-out, and ensure the ultimate satisfaction of MATT’s homeowner clientele.
