Phase II added the fourth and final building to this hillside campus. The project consisted of 25,000 sf of new construction, including two laboratory facilities and an art studio. MATT also carried out major concrete sitework for the campus’ many walkways and approximately 10,000 sf of terraces. With the site bordered by the 405 Freeway and Sepulveda Boulevard, the team carefully planned material deliveries to ensure safety while meeting the extremely tight schedule.
