New construction of 200,000 sf, three-story, structural steel department store with pre-cast exterior façade accented with inlaid sandstone and a porte cochere for Nordstrom Fashion Show Mall. The new store was constructed on top of an existing subterranean parking structure. Project scope included elevators, escalators and all finishes.
