Complete renovation of exterior plaster and systems upgrade to the Los Angeles International Airport’s iconic Theme Building, originally designed by Pereira Luckman in the Googie or Populuxe variant of Mid-Century Modern. The team worked around the challenges of an extremely tight site and heavy vehicular traffic.
