Various capital improvements under a design-build contract on the MGM Grand property inclusive of front preliminary conceptual budgeting and back-of-house and front-of-house remodels to accommodate hotel operations. The project’s scope included the MGM Grand Kiosk, MGM Grand Monorail Station Doors and the MGM Grand Ramp.
