This complete interior buildout for the Yves Saint Laurent Women’s Store included the demolition of the existing Gucci store and the buildout of the new high-end store on a fast-track schedule. Deliveries were all on off-hours and had to be coordinated with the hotel. Access was limited to barricade at the storefront.
