The Four Seasons Westlake Village Hotel & Wellness Spa is a six-story luxury hotel, conference center and destination health spa equipped with post-tension slabs and structural concrete walls. Along with 269 guestrooms, including 27 luxurious suites, exceptional restaurants, a ballroom seating over 700 guests and beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, the five-star resort features such unusual elements as a television broadcast studio. In addition, a $50 million wellness center houses hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities including MRI and CT body scanning equipment and 28 spa treatment rooms. The property offers 15 acres of walking and jogging trails, extravagant water features, a pagoda, an orchid greenhouse and a 300,000 sf, four-level, design-build parking structure with one level below-grade.
All guest rooms and suites feature high ceilings, a magnificent chandelier, floor-to-ceiling windows, finely crafted custom mahogany furniture and millwork, custom carpeting and deep marble soaking tubs. Each luxury suite enjoys further enhancements, with its own fireplace and a whirlpool room trimmed in fine white Carrara marble with authentic gold leaf borders and accents.
Lobby and restaurants feature rich finishes including precision plasterwork, stone flooring and cherry and mahogany millwork. Hamptons, a five-star formal dining room, offers al fresco dining and a chef’s table. Backlit wall panels of carnelian, onyx and other semi-precious stones provide a dramatic ambience for the Japanese-themed Onyx restaurant. Handsome custom-made wood paneling and mahogany billiard tables make The Bar a club-like retreat.
