The theatre is part of a larger project at Harvard Westlake Middle School that included 44,000 sq. ft. of a new administration and library building, a 100,000 sq. ft. new academic and auditorium building, a 2 level underground parking structure and central plant, and extensive site work. The theatre features a state-of-the-art sound system, acoustics, and rigging components befitting a professional theatre – a new standard for private K-12 schools.
Located within the residential community of Holmby Hills, the project was constructed within an active school environment.
