Tenant improvements on four single-story school buildings for John Thomas Dye Elementary. Interior work in classrooms and offices included new millwork, flooring, wall coverings, marker boards and paint as well as upgraded plumbing, HVAC, audio-visual, data cabling and lighting systems. MATT’s team also installed interior ceiling mounted soffits and state-of-the-art shade systems designed to portray different motifs from classroom to classroom, ranging from historical images to artistic and creative themes.
