MATT Construction provided design-build support for the complete replacement and relocation of a new code-compliant laboratory central plant HVAC system and the construction and seismic upgrade of a roof support system over the existing roof of a biomedical research lab for the Amgen Building 8 Rooftop. Tightly coordinated sequencing and scheduling ensured no lost production time during critical ongoing product development experiments.
