The Community Medical Center in Fresno is a locally owned, non-profit health care center. MATT built a new, four-story structure with steel frame construction and a bolted moment frame. A landscaped, open-air courtyard sits between the building and parking structure. The façade is a combination of EIFS Plaster and a high-performance window glazing system for maximum energy conservation.
