Hollenbeck Palms has been providing seniors with quality residential care for more than a century. From 2006 to 2008, MATT worked with the facility on a series of improvements to enhance Hollenbeck’s continuum of care. The project consisted of new construction on a 63,000 sf three-story, Type V residential building and a 52-stall underground parking garage. Magnolia Court features 32 units with contemporary interiors, full kitchens and private outdoor terraces as well as shared amenity spaces, dining and office areas. The project also included work on other parts of the property, such as parking lots and walkways as well as a new, open-beamed colonnade connecting other areas of the grounds to the new residential building.
