This project demolished an existing surface parking lot and constructed a new 105,000 sf, two-level, 386-space parking structure. American Martyrs Parking Structure finishing touches included ornamental fencing, lighting and landscaping. Because the confined site was adjacent to the operating church and school, and the project needed to maintain maximum, safe surface parking for the church throughout the course of construction, MATT took proactive measures to ensure safety on and around the project site. The project was additionally challenged by a plethora of unforeseen underground obstructions and debris, including large rocks that required excavation and crushing.
