Historically sensitive restoration and structural upgrade to a landmark Frank Lloyd Wright residence. Project scope included stabilizing the hillside house by installing a dozen caissons and rebar cages, then filling them with concrete under extremely congested neighborhood conditions. MATT Construction paid scrupulous attention when working around the textile blocks, carefully removing any that might be damaged and replacing missing and damaged blocks using the original molds and manufacturing techniques.
