The project also includes limited renovation and alteration of office spaces, along with landscaping and site work on the south side of the existing building and site. The new 27,500 SF, Type II-B building houses a flexible theater space, theater gallery, café, catering kitchen, and restrooms, with a new building height of 48’-6”. The sustainability target for the new building is LEED Gold.
