Provided seismic upgrade for the Olympic Center which included repair of hundreds of SMR connections as well as highly detailed sequencing to prevent over-stressing of columns during structural steel earthquake repair. The façade renovation required overcoming challenges posed by the earthquake-induced displacement of the in-and-out corners. The project was completed on-schedule and on-budget.
