MATT’s team constructed a new exterior façade and added a penthouse workspace and single deck, 100-stall parking area to this seven-story, Class A office building near LAX. Upgrades to MEPF brought 2300 E. Imperial current to code. Sitework included new sidewalks, curbs, hardscaping and landscaping.
