Designed by Arnold Savrann AIA, this three-story building serves as the global headquarters for Dole Food Company. The building features a highly detailed brick façade, a large skylight and metal roof system and a central plant, all set over a full basement of underground parking. Scope included a large central atrium and lobby with high-quality millwork and stone floors, fully developed office interiors with built-in furniture, dining rooms and a full service cafeteria. The 25-acre site includes extensive lawns and brickwork, planting with mature trees and a decorative pool with falling water features.
