Construction of new office headquarters and a separate, six-and-a-half-story, poured-in-place parking structure for Univision Communications. The office building façade features a glazed curtain wall system and architectural pre-cast units. The parking structure façade consists of pre-cast lattice and vertical metal grate screens. Scope included core and shell work with extensive mechanical and electrical requirements to accommodate the Univision Television Broadcasting facility. Tight site constraints adjacent to the San Diego Freeway and associated on-ramps prompted careful coordination and planning.
