Adaptive reuse of a 425,000 sf, two-story, steel-framed warehouse into office space for the California Tech Center. Included the addition of an atrium and a curved skylight canopy to reorient the main entry and enhance natural lighting. MATT also provided new handicapped access parking areas, site improvements, a new elevator and upgraded air conditioning.
