After successfully completing the first phase for Symantec, MATT began work on a new two-story, 198,000 sf tilt-up building. An interesting design challenge, the Symantec Call Center has a 10-foot-wide, 300-foot skylight spline that runs the length of the offset footprint. Complete tenant improvements include offices, labs, custom bamboo flooring throughout the lobby, conference rooms, training rooms, a cafeteria and a fitness room.
