The YMCA David Potell Memorial Sports Facility project entailed construction of an 18,000 sf roller hockey rink and basketball court along with an adjacent surface parking lot and landscaping in North Hollywood Park. The rink is operated by the East Valley YMCA and boasts separate boxes for teams, an electronic scoreboard, lights for night games, and bleachers.
